With over 13 years of experience, Jasmine leads Paige Co with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for empowering business owners. From full-cycle bookkeeping to tax prep, ERP support, and financial consulting, she brings boots-on-the-ground knowledge backed by leadership grit. Jasmine is also a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a go-to advisor for businesses navigating growth, compliance, or cleanup. She's built this company from the ground up — and she’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves right beside her clients.

Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in business law, litigation, in-house counsel and legal consulting in Canada and the U.S. As a licensed attorney in good standing in British Columbia and Hawaii, Bruce advises Paige Co on matters ranging from employment law, corporate law, contract disputes to risk mitigation.
He has served as a trusted legal strategist for public and private companies in oil & gas, mining, commercial law, and cross-border transactions. Whether drafting key legal documents, advising on liability risk, or overseeing complex transactions, Bruce brings clarity, precision, and strategic foresight to every matter he handles for Paige Co.
