Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in business law, litigation, general counsel and legal consulting in Canada and the U.S. As a licensed attorney in good standing in British Columbia and Hawaii, Bruce advises Paige Co on matters ranging from employment law, corporate law, contract disputes to risk mitigation.
He has served as a trusted legal strategist for public and private companies in oil & gas, mining, commercial law, and cross-border transactions. Brionna Toussaint is a results-oriented accounting professional with a Master of Accountancy from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a proven record of supporting both financial and operational excellence. She brings extensive experience in payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance from her work with MetaSource, Tyson Foods, and Amplify Credit Union.
At Paige & Co, Brionna plays a dual role supporting bookkeeping functions and executive operations.
